Lot of times people think that we are against ecards. We are not. We like the convenience of ecard, we like the part that most cases it is free. And that is what we wanted to add. We wanted to add the feeling, the warmth of the real card but keep the convenience of the ecard. Now the reason I said this is, i was thinking we should start having our second life place. What you all think?
I just saw this one for loreal. What will ours look like?

Although this post is nothing related to greeting card, but I thought it would be fun to have this at home. At least the way we all seem to be bulging out - this could be a good solution for us too.
What you all think?
Now these are some really really nice cat cards. haha. I wonder what people do with this one - they send it to their cat’s address? Or friend’s cat address.
But whatever it is, they are really nice. Check out more of this cards at the main site - artsy catsy gallery.

a card that no one wants to receive or buy

One LA based company finds a really different niche market - inmates - the people who are in jail. I m sure this is a really interesting niche market. According to the AP report
Finding it hard to express just the right sentiment to your loved one in prison? A Los Angeles company may have the answer. Attorney Terrye L. Cheathem noticed a market Hallmark wasn’t serving and founded Three Squares Greetings, which provides cards for inmates.
“With more than 2.5 million people incarcerated in the Unites States today, I saw that there was a tremendous need,” she said.
I must say this is a niche market that I would have never thought of.
Looks like Paris hilton is just everywhere. And here she is in the greeting cards.

As usual she sued Hallmark Cards. The humorless heiress wasn’t pleased when she discovered this Hallmark card depicting her as a waitress and using her trademarked phrase, “That’s Hot”. Paris is suing the greeting card company for $500,000 and Hallmark isn’t backing down. A spokeswoman for Hallmark defended the card as parody and said “These cards take a satirical look at news and gossip surrounding these public figures, including Paris Hilton, and we do not believe Hallmark has violated any of Ms. Hilton’s rights.”
Although this is an old news, you can read more about it at this blog.

We just did a presentation at one of the MBA classes in MMU. It was fantastic to present there. They had really good questions and some of the solutions they gave instantly were really good.
Thanks to Mr K for introducing the live project to the students. What they do in this project is - a company goes and present their company and their PROBLEMS to the MBA students. And then the student group tries to come up with solutions of that company problems. It is a win win situation for both as the student work on a real life project and company gets free consulation from some really bright MBA students.
Here is the slide for that days event. Any other university here up for this? =D
Now that was at the same time funny and scary. I was taking the putra LRT towards wangsa maju and suddenly i saw those advertisement :

And they have the option for postcards too!!!

and the best part was, seeing our tagline in the ceiling — wah.

I took all these photos with my phone - so please excuse the low res.
I immediately stopped at ampang park and took the cab to pavilion to ask the canon center when they launched this printer. They said this one came out about two months back. I felt much happier. At least we came out with this tagline before them. Not so bad ah. =D
I wonder which creative agency was working for this. And did they use our service?
